Your privacy is critically important to us. At Simply Commercial we have a few fundamental principles:

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Simply Commercial collects information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available:

Simply Commercial’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Simply Commercial’s visitors use its website.

Simply Commercial also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) for users leaving comments on the site. Simply Commercial only discloses commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that blog commenter IP addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog where the comment was left.

From time to time, Simply Commercial may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors may choose choose to interact with Simply Commercial in ways that require Simply Commercial to gather personally-identifying information.

The amount and type of information that Simply Commercial gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who use our contact form for personally-identifying information, such as name and telephone number.

In each case, Simply Commercial collects such information only as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with Simply Commercial.

Simply Commercial may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, Simply Commercial may monitor the most popular posts on the site. We also like to hear your views to help us improve our services so we may contact you for market research purposes. You always have the choice about whether to take part in our market research.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

Simply Commercial discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that need to know that information in order to process it on Simply Commercial’s behalf or to provide services available at Simply Commercial’s website. Subject Access Requests

You have the right to request what data we have stored about you. If such a request is made and we have valid ID to prove you are the person the data requested is for, we will provide all data we have on you in an open format and free of charge. We will provide this within 30 days of receiving valid ID.

If Simply Commercial, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Simply Commercial goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.
